Exiled Journalists' Network seeks Part-time Coordinator
The Exiled Journalists' Network (EJN) in the United Kingdom seeks to employ a Part-time Coordinator. The position will be based in London. The job description and employment criteria are below.
Deadline for receipt of application is August 24, 2009.
Interviews will be conducted at the end of August. Interested persons should complete the attached application form and return it, with a covering letter, to the person and address detailed on the application form.
EJN is a non-governmental organisation run by exiled journalists in the UK to provide support for colleagues, educate the public about refugee and asylum issues and to promote press freedom.
Its patrons include journalists Yasmin Alibhai-Brown, Channel 4’s International editor Lindsey Hilsum, Journalist and Royal African Society Director Richard Dowden, and former President of the National Union of Journalists Tim Lezard.
